Our Sunday Morning Celebration is a time for the entire Living Hope family to connect, learn, & worship God together. Our worship service is at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Francis High School Auditorium.
'The Gathering' is our Wednesday evening worship service at the Ministry Center (across from St. Francis High School). This service begins at 7:00 p.m. and is a smaller, more interactive version of Sunday morning. It is open to all ages.
Our Awana Kids' Club meets Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00 p.m. at Bethel Community Church. We are partnering with Bethel to bring Bible learning, games, & fun for children in kindergarten through 6th grade. See www.awana.org for more information about Awana.
On Sunday mornings, we also have fun and purposeful Bible Instruction Time for children 3 years old through Kindergarten (called Children's Church) and grades 1-4 (called Junior Church). We also provide loving care for infants and toddlers (0-3 years) during the worship service.
Many people wonder, "How can this or that church meet my needs?" Although this is a valid question, another question to ponder may be "Which faith community is Jesus leading me to be a part of where we could mutually benefit each other?" We believe that "the church" was Jesus' idea--that through it He wants to encourage us, to knit us together in love, to help us enjoy together the riches of knowing Him intimately (Col 2:2-3) and to show the world what it's like!
'SouledOut' is a community of students in 6-12th grade and "young at heart" adults that seek to live revolutionary lives together in harmony with God--intimately dependent on God, actively loving others, and bringing others along. They meet weekly to enjoy games, worship, teaching from God’s Word, and going deeper and building friendships in small groups.
Senior High Youth Night (for grades 9-12) meets on Monday nights at the Minstry Center from 6:30-9:00 p.m. Junior High Youth Night (for grades 6-8) meets on Tuesday nights at the Ministry Center from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
SouledOut also frequently participates in fun and purposeful activities, events, & conferences. Click HERE to go to SouledOut's website.
Small Groups are where adults and families share life together on a more in-depth level than a large group setting can usually provide. The groups meet in homes to engage in deeper spiritual discussions and connect more fully within their mini-communities. They also strive to find ways to serve and meet the needs of others in the St. Francis community and beyond.
As a church, we meet one Sunday night a month at our Ministry Center to share a meal together and have a "Congregational Life Meeting.' During this time, we talk about what we're learning, hear from our leadership team, and seek Jesus' direction as a church. Contact the office for more details.
Most of us have gone through a crisis or loss and know how valuable and necessary it is to have support. Our Mercy Ministry's purpose is to come alongside those who are in need through our food shelf, by providing meals, by visitation, or by simply listening.
As adults, we come together in prayer to be intimately dependent on God through prayer on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. before the worship service. Other prayer groups meet on weekday mornings. Contact the office for more details. We also have a prayer email network, where prayer requests and praises are sent out via email to the Living Hope community.
Ongoing Bible Studies & Special Events specifically for men or women are places for relationship building and spiritual growth. Contact the office for more details about what is currently happening in men's & women's ministries.
So, with this in mind, we want you to know that our ministries don't make us who we are. They are simply tools that help us to be intentional about knowing and loving God & others. They are some of the ways that we are getting in each other's lives to allow God to build us up.
